Nuix License Key definition

Nuix License Key means an encrypted file provided by Nuix, which unlocks the Software and enables the use of the Software by a User.

  • Nuix will issue to Licensee a temporary Nuix License Key for the Software until the License Fee has been paid in full.

  • Upon payment of the License Fee, Nuix will issue to Licensee a Nuix License Key that enables use of the Software for the balance of the license term or subscription term purchased by Licensee as such term is set forth in the Order Form, subject to Nuix’s right to suspend or disable the Nuix License Key as provided in Section 9 (Term and Termination).

  • The duration of the temporary Nuix License Key will normally be the same period as the payment term set forth in Section 7.2. Should Licensee not pay the applicable License Fee (or any other fees) as set forth herein prior to the expiration of the temporary Nuix License Key, Nuix may automatically suspend Licensee’s use of the Software.

  • Should Licensee not pay the applicable License Fee (or any other Fees) prior to the expiration of the temporary Nuix License Key, Nuix may automatically suspend Licensee’s use of the Software.

Related to Nuix License Key

  • License Key means a unique key-code that enables Licensee to run Software subject to the obtained User Pack.

  • End User License Agreement means a license grant or end user license agreement governing software as further described in this Agreement or any applicable Appendix.

  • Software License Agreement means the Motorola Software License Agreement (Exhibit A).

  • Software License means a license for the Software granted under this XXXX to the Licensee;

  • Intellectual Property License Agreement means the intellectual property license agreement substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B to the Contribution and Distribution Agreement.

  • Sublicense Agreement means any agreement or arrangement pursuant to which Licensee (or an Affiliate or Sublicensee) grants to any third party any of the license rights granted to the Licensee under the Agreement.

  • Licensed Know-How means any and all unpatented and/or non-patentable technical data, documents, materials, samples and other information and know‐how that is Controlled by LICENSOR or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or thereafter during the Term that relates to, or is otherwise reasonably necessary or reasonably useful for, the use, Development, manufacture, or Commercialization of the Product. Licensed Know-How shall not include Licensed Patents.

  • Inbound Licenses means, collectively, any Contract (including covenants not to xxx) or other permission pursuant to which Seller is authorized or otherwise permitted to access or exploit any other Person’s IP, or any Contract pursuant to which Seller obtains a right to access or exploit a Person’s IP in the form of commercially available object code software or services, such as a software as a services Contract or a cloud services Contract.

  • Company Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property Rights owned by any Person (other than a Group Company) that is licensed to any Group Company.

  • Open Source License means any license meeting the Open Source Definition (as promulgated by the Open Source Initiative) or the Free Software Definition (as promulgated by the Free Software Foundation), or any substantially similar license, including any license approved by the Open Source Initiative or any Creative Commons License. “Open Source Licenses” shall include Copyleft Licenses.

  • Company License Agreements means any license agreements granting any right to use or practice any rights under any Intellectual Property (except for such agreements for off-the-shelf products that are generally available for less than $25,000), and any written settlements relating to any Intellectual Property, to which the Company is a party or otherwise bound; and the term “Software” means any and all computer programs, including any and all software implementations of algorithms, models and methodologies, whether in source code or object code.

  • License Elements means the following high-level license attributes as selected by Licensor and indicated in the title of this License: Attribution, ShareAlike.

  • Named User License means the Metric and Licensed Level applicable to each Named User.
