Nuix will issue to Licensee a temporary Nuix License Key for the Software until the License Fee has been paid in full.
Upon payment of the License Fee, Nuix will issue to Licensee a Nuix License Key that enables use of the Software for the balance of the license term or subscription term purchased by Licensee as such term is set forth in the Order Form, subject to Nuix’s right to suspend or disable the Nuix License Key as provided in Section 9 (Term and Termination).
