Software License Key definition

Software License Key means a unique code to be issued to you by GitKraken that is required to activate the Software.
Software License Key means a valid serial number issued to You to activate and use the Software.
Software License Key means the mechanism that enables You to install and use the Software subject to the restrictions set out in this Agreement and may be a printable digital key, a non-printable file or any other mechanism used by Licensor for license activation purposes.

Examples of Software License Key in a sentence

  • For Support for a Subscription Term license, the initial term for Support starts on the issuance date of the applicable Vocera Software License Key, completion of deployment of Software, or the date End User is initially provided access to the Vocera Hosted Service offering, and continues for the duration of End User’s Subscription Term for the Software.

  • In the event of termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and Software License Key.

  • Software License Keys for evaluation or beta test versions of the Software will expire on a certain date as noted when you activate the evaluation or beta test Software License Key (the “Expiration Date”).

  • Provided You comply with all terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without the right to sublicense, to use the Software in object code form in accordance with the Software License Key associated with the Software and in accordance with the terms specified in this Agreement.

  • If all of the foregoing applies to You, then You are permitted to install and use the Software to monitor servers only for the number of Cores specified by the Software License Key and to Inventory and monitor only the type of workloads licensed to You and specified by the Software License Key.

  • Notes:• Some of the features mentioned in this document are available only if the relevant Software License Key has been purchased from AudioCodes and is installed on the device.

  • Provided that You comply with all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the License Grant Restrictions below, Licensor grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without the right to sublicense, to use the Software in object code form, solely in conjunction with Your use of the Server Appliance, in accordance with the Software License Key associated with the Software.


More Definitions of Software License Key

Software License Key means, if applicable, a serial number issued to Licensee by HiveIO to activate and use the Software. Separate, additional Software License Keys may be required to activate additional users, additional features or Software modules. “Licensee”, “You” or “Your” means the company or other legal entity for which you are accepting this XXXX. “Account” means one or more electronic records established by or for Licensee in connection with use of the Product, represented in each case by a single set of access credentials.
Software License Key means a valid license key issued to Licensee to activate and use the Software.
Software License Key means a digital code supplied by QTIL, a QTIL Affiliate or a QTIL Distributor to be used to activate a single instance of the applicable Licensed Software running on a LICENSEE Product.
Software License Key means that certain software activation file and serial number issued to you by VMware and required to activate and use the Software. “Virtual Machine” is an instance of a guest operating system and any application programs installed thereon, running on a computing device on which certain Software is installed, or suspended to disk or any other storage media accessible by the computing device.
Software License Key means all electronic information needed to activate the Licensed Software. This Software License Key will be delivered in electronic format and may be periodically and automatically updated during a connection with ID’s Software License Key server system.

  • License Key means a unique key-code that enables Licensee to run Software subject to the obtained User Pack.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Open Source License means any license meeting the Open Source Definition (as promulgated by the Open Source Initiative) or the Free Software Definition (as promulgated by the Free Software Foundation), or any substantially similar license, including any license approved by the Open Source Initiative or any Creative Commons License. “Open Source Licenses” shall include Copyleft Licenses.

  • Open Source Software means any Software that is subject to or licensed, provided or distributed under, any license meeting the Open Source Definition (as promulgated by the Open Source Initiative as of the date of this Agreement) or the Free Software Definition (as promulgated by the Free Software Foundation as of the date of this Agreement) or any similar license for “free,” “publicly available” or “open source” Software, including the GNU General Public License, the Lesser GNU General Public License, the Apache License, the BSD License, Mozilla Public License (MPL), and the MIT License.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.
