If a Vehicle accepted by an Authorized User is found to have been delivered with minor deviations or improper servicing, the Contractor must arrange to have the necessary work done within 48 hours (exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Federal or NYS Holidays) after receipt of written notification from the Authorized User and/or NYSPro.

If the time period for a Contractor deliverable in this Section 2 does not reference Business Days, then the time period for the Contractor Deliverable includes both hours and days (e.g. Saturday, Sunday, and NYS Holidays and federal holidays) not included within Business Days.
If Business Days are not specified for a Contractor deliverable in this Section 2, the time period for the Contractor deliverable is not limited to Business Days, and includes both hours and days (e.g. Saturday, Sunday, and NYS Holidays and federal holidays) not included within Business Days.
