Open Source Licence definition

Open Source Licence means a licence which meets the requirements of the Open Source Definition propagated by the Open Source Institute (xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx);
Open Source Licence. “Public Licence”, or “GPL Compatible Licence.”
Open Source Licence means the open source software licence(s) described at Schedule 5.

More Definitions of Open Source Licence

Open Source Licence means a licence whereby the reuse, redistribution and modification of software is permitted for all uses on the basis of a unilateral declaration by the right holder that may be subject to certain conditions, and where the source code of the software is made available to users indiscriminately;
Open Source Licence means the licence terms applicable to any Fundsolve Software not owned by the Company and known as ‘open source’ or ‘freeware’ and used by the Company without charge;
Open Source Licence means (i) any so-called “open source,” “copyleft,” “freeware,” “free software,” “community source code,” or “general public” license, (ii) any license that is substantially similar to those listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/licenses/, and (iii) any license that (a) requires the licensor to permit reverse-engineering, reverse assembly or disassembly of any kind of the licensed technology (such as software) or other technology linked with, called by, combined with, incorporated into, derived from, or distributed with such licensed technology or (b) requires the licensed technology or other technology linked with, called by, combined with, incorporated into, derived from, or distributed with such licensed technology to be (1) disclosed, distributed, made available, offered, licensed or delivered in source code form, (2) licensed for the purpose of making modifications or derivative works, (3) distributed at no charge, or (4) distributed with certain notices or licenses (e.g., copyright notices or warranty disclaimers);
