Open Space Scheme means that the scheme for the provision of Open Space on the Open Space Land and the payment of the Open Space Maintenance Contribution to be approved by the Council pursuant to paragraph [ ] of Schedule Two or such variation thereof as may be agreed by the Owners and the Council
Open Space Scheme means the scheme for the laying out, landscaping, construction and maintenance of the Open Space Land as Open Space to be approved by the Council pursuant to paragraph [ ] of Part I of Schedule Two or such variation thereof as may be agreed by the Owner and the Council;[“Open Space Scheme”] means that the scheme for the provision of Open Space on the Open Space Land and the payment of the Open Space Maintenance Contribution to be approved by the Council pursuant to paragraph [ ]of Part I of Schedule Two or such variation thereof as may be agreed by the Owners and the Council
Open Space Scheme means a scheme approved in writing by the Council in respect of each Phase detailing: (i) the size, location and type of Open Space; (ii) details and specification for works and materials showing how the Open Space will be graded, drained, landscaped, seeded, planted, laid out and provided fit for use by the public; (iii) in relation to play equipment, details of the design and layout of the play area, the construction specification, the safety surfacing, materials and play equipment demonstrating that they meet relevant safety and disability standards together with details of fencing, seating for supervising adults and a buffer zone landscaped with low level planting; (iv) specification of the constructions methods and materials to be used;

Examples of Open Space Scheme in a sentence

  • Following Commencement of Development to carry out the construction, laying out, equipping, surfacing and landscaping of the Open Space in each Phase in accordance with the Approved Open Space Scheme.

Landlord agrees to notify Tenant promptly after Landlord learns that any Expansion Space is or will become available. Subject to the prior rights of other tenants to whom Landlord has granted substantially similar rights, Tenant has the option to lease any Expansion Space which Landlord notifies Tenant is or will become available. If Tenant gives Landlord notice of its exercise of this option within thirty (30) days after notification from Landlord of the availability of the Expansion Space and if no Event of Default exists when Tenant’s notice is given, this Lease will be deemed to be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space as part of the Premises for the remainder of the Lease Term upon all of the same terms contained in this Lease except that (i) the Rentable Area of the Premises will be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space; (ii) Tenant’s Share will be increased to include the rentable area of Tenant’s Expansion Space; (iii) the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space will be the earlier of sixty (60) days after the date on which Tenant’s Expansion Space becomes vacant and ready for occupancy (provided that date is at least sixty (60) days after Tenant exercises its option to lease the Expansion Space), or the date on which the Expansion Space is first occupied by Tenant; (iv) if Tenant’s Expansion Space contains a rentable area of 10,000 square feet or more, and if there are less than three (3) Lease Years remaining in the Lease Term, the Lease Term will be extended to include three (3) full years from the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space; and (v) subject to adjustment during each Fixed Rental Period as provided in Exhibit E, Basic Rent for each year of the remaining Lease Term (as it may be extended) will be the greater of (a) the Basic Rent last paid by the Person most recently occupying Tenant’s Expansion Space or (b) Market Rent determined as provided in the Rent Rider attached as Exhibit E. If Tenant exercises this option, Tenant’s Expansion Space will be leased to Tenant in its “as is” condition and Tenant will, at its expense and in compliance with the provisions of Section 7.06, design and construct all Improvements desired by Tenant for its use and occupancy. Landlord and Tenant agree to execute such amendments to this Lease and other instruments as either of them considers necessary or desirable to reflect Tenant’s exercise of this option.

  • Private Open Space means land that is privately owned and used for practising of sport, play- or leisure facilities or used as a botanical garden, cemetery or nature area.

  • Customer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Customer which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors for the provision of the Goods and/or Services (or any of them);

  • University premises means buildings or grounds owned, leased, operated, controlled, or supervised by Wayne State University or Wayne Housing Authority.

  • Grave space means a space of ground in a cemetery that is used or intended to be used for an in-ground burial.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • School premises means either of the following:

  • construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;

  • tidal work means so much of any work authorised by this Order as is on, under or over tidal waters or tidal lands below the level of high water;

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • Transient space marketplace means a marketplace or travel agency through which a person may offer transient accommodations to customers and through which customers may arrange for occupancies of transient accommodations. "Transient space marketplace" does not include a marketplace or travel agency that exclusively offers transient accommodations in the State owned by the owner of the marketplace or travel agency.

  • Public premises means any hotel, restaurant, tavern, store, arena, hall, or other place of public accommodation, business, amusement, or resort.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Landlord’s Work means the work of constructing the Tenant Improvements.

  • Authority’s Premises means any premises occupied by or under the control of the Authority where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Tenant’s Work means all improvements, alterations, fixture, equipment, and signage installation, and furniture placement necessary or appropriate for the conduct of the Permitted Use, including all work described as Tenant’s Work on Exhibit D, attached (the “Work Letter”).
