Open Space Scheme definition

Open Space Scheme means the scheme for the laying out, landscaping, construction and maintenance of the Open Space Land as Open Space which shall include a scheme for the Public Right of Way to be approved by the Council pursuant to paragraph 4.1 of Part I of Schedule Two or such variation thereof as may be agreed by the Owners and the Council;

Examples of Open Space Scheme in a sentence

  • Not to Occupy or cause or permit the Occupation of more than 75% of the Dwellings until the Open Space has been provided in accordance with the approved Open Space Scheme and the Council has received the appropriate Open Space Certificates.

  • Prior to Occupation of more than 75% of the Dwellings: to implement the approved Open Space Scheme save for any ongoing monitoring and management requirements; and to provide to the Council the appropriate Open Space Certificates.

More Definitions of Open Space Scheme

Open Space Scheme means a scheme approved in writing by the Council in respect of each Phase detailing: (i) the size, location and type of Open Space; (ii) details and specification for works and materials showing how the Open Space will be graded, drained, landscaped, seeded, planted, laid out and provided fit for use by the public; (iii) in relation to play equipment, details of the design and layout of the play area, the construction specification, the safety surfacing, materials and play equipment demonstrating that they meet relevant safety and disability standards together with details of fencing, seating for supervising adults and a buffer zone landscaped with low level planting; (iv) specification of the constructions methods and materials to be used;
Open Space Scheme the specification: (a) in respect of the Open Space (excluding the LEAP) setting out the method of laying out and completing the Open Space within a relevant Phase and to be prepared by the Owners and approved in writing by the Borough Council provided that such approval may be refined by way of Reserved Matters Approval for the relevant Phase of the Development; and (b) in respect of the LEAP setting out the details necessary for the provision on the Site and (unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Borough Council) in accordance with the locational and design criteria set out in the Fields in Trust documentPlanning and Design for Outdoor Sport and Play” October 2015) and to be prepared by the Owners and approved in writing by the Borough Council provided that such approval may be by way of Reserved Matters Approval for the relevant Phase of the Development
Open Space Scheme means a written scheme prepared by the Owner to be submitted to the Borough Council and the District Council for approval for the provision of Open Space to include details of the Open Space Works and details of how from the practical completion of the Open Space Works public access 24 hours per day 365 days a year shall be permitted and secured (save for a Permitted Closure and it being agreed between the Parties that there is no intention to create any public rights of way over the Open Space Land in addition to those parts of the Open Space Land which already benefit from public rights of way at the date of this Deed), which shall be enforceable by the Borough Council and District Council].

  • Private Open Space means land that is privately owned and used for practising of sport, play- or leisure facilities or used as a botanical garden, cemetery or nature area.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • School premises means either of the following:

  • tidal work means so much of any work authorised by this Order as is on, under or over tidal waters or tidal lands below the level of high water;

  • domestic premises means any premises used wholly or partly as a dwelling or intended for such use;
