Operational Documents definition

Operational Documents means a forest development plan, forest stewardship plan, harvest instructions, road instructions, site plan, cutting permit, road permit or other like document that is: (i) prepared, approved, granted, entered into, issued or amended under applicable forestry legislation from time to time, whether before or during the Term; and (ii) applicable to the Work or to the Lands;
Operational Documents means any document, however denominated, that is adopted by the Medical Staff pursuant to a Governing Document and applies to the Medical Staff and Practitioners.
Operational Documents means firstly, those documents that We require You to complete from time to time in order to provide Us with information necessary for You to be able to use the Services and secondly, those documents that set out the particular arrangement or agreement between Us in respect of Your use of the Services.

More Definitions of Operational Documents

Operational Documents means any instructions, guidance, notice, rule, regulations, directive, guidelines or other document having similar effect issued by MoF, the Central Bank, any relevant authorityor the Bank from time to time in relation to the Scheme or the eDirham Card and the eDirham Payments;
