This Agreement will become effective upon the execution by the Parties and will remain in effect up to Operational Employee Integration (“OEI”).

An employee who has been displaced from his/her position within the Operational Employee Group Classification shall be eligible to displace the lowest or second lowest seniority employee in the same or any lower classification (based upon comparative wage rates listed in Exhibit A for each classification, but excluding shift premium, longevity pay and supplemental pay) within the Operational Employees Group Classification.

A broken Shift is one during which an Operational Employee (as defined) is released from duty for other than meal breaks and consists of two (2) parts to be worked between 0600 and 2200 hours.
