Operational Fees definition

Operational Fees means the fees payable by the Storage User as compensation for costs incurred by EKB due to the injection and withdrawal of natural gas by the Storage User in- to and from the Storage Facility. The Operational Fees are calculated on the basis of the tariff set out in GT&C Appendix III.

Examples of Operational Fees in a sentence

  • The Operational Fees shall be calculated by multiplying the tariff set out in paragraph (2) below with each MWh of natural gas injected by the Storage User into the Storage Facility in the respective Hour as allocated in accordance with GT&C Appendix V.

  • The Operational Fees shall be directly debited from the Current Account of the Specified Institution in consideration of MAS continuing to operate the Current Account for the benefit of the Specified Institution.

  • MAS shall give the Specified Institution not less than thirty (30) days’ notice in writing before the imposition or variation of the Operational Fees comes into effect, and the Specified Institution shall maintain sufficient funds in the Current Account to pay the Operational Fees.

  • GP: Average of the midpoint bid/offer natural gas prices at the TTF virtual point (or any successor point) for the fourth Quarter of the relevant Storage Year as published in ICIS Heren European Spot Gas Markets under “TTF Price Assessment” on each trading day during the third Quarter of the preceding Storage Year in EUR/MWh. If any of the indices used above cease to exist, EKB shall be entitled to use comparable indices for the purpose of calculating the Operational Fees.

  • The Operational Fees shall be directly debited from the Current Account of the Merchant Bank in consideration of MAS continuing to operate the Current Account for the benefit of the Merchant Bank.


More Definitions of Operational Fees

Operational Fees means (a) any and all search fees and filing fees that may be required by Purchaser in connection with its due diligence; (b) applications for credit insurance or due diligence that may be required to ascertain the creditworthiness of Seller or Sellers Account Debtors; (c) wire transfer fees, exchange rate conversion fees or other financial institution fees; (d) any and all expenses in connection with Field Review or Audit Expenses; (v) all other costs or expenses incurred by Purchaser, including but not limited to, all costs and expenses relating to a notice of lien, audit, lien and title examinations, or expenses incurred in protecting and preserving Accounts or the Collateral, and professional fees, including accountant and attorney’s fees, related to the foregoing.

Related to Operational Fees

  • Professional Fees means amounts billed or to be billed to a client for legal services provided or to be provided to the client by the lawyer or the lawyer’s firm;

  • Additional Fees means, where applicable, those fees and charges for the Additional Goods/Services and additional costs and levies required from time to time and notified to you in advance, to provide adequately for the education and related activities and services provided to your Child/the Student, including but not limited to the costs of extra-curricular activities or special educational needs.

  • Operational Expenses means expenses of the clerk of court used to maintain the clerk's office and includes, but is not limited to, (i) computer support, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, and replacements and office automation and information technology equipment, including software and conversion services; (ii) preserving, maintaining, and enhancing court records, including, but not limited to, the costs of repairs, maintenance, consulting services, service contracts, redaction of social security numbers from certain records, and system replacements or upgrades; and (iii) improving public access to records maintained by the clerk, including locating technology in an offsite facility for such purposes or for implementation of a disaster recovery plan.

  • Professional Fee Amount means the aggregate amount of Professional Fee Claims and other unpaid fees and expenses that Professionals estimate they have incurred or will incur in rendering services to the Debtors prior to and as of the Confirmation Date, which estimates Professionals shall deliver to the Debtors as set forth in Article II.B of the Plan.
