Operator Equipment definition

Operator Equipment means telecommunications, radio and other communications equipment on the applicable Site, in each case other than Equipment provided by the Company to an Operator;
Operator Equipment is defined in Section 4(b).
Operator Equipment has the meaning given to that term in Section 2.13.1.

Examples of Operator Equipment in a sentence

  • If any one or more of (i) Tower Operator, any Tower Operator Indemnitee, any Tower Subtenant, any Tower Subtenant Group Member, any third party or any Force Majeure Event or (ii) Tower Operator Equipment, Tower Operator Improvements, Tower Subtenant Communications Equipment or Tower Subtenant Improvements are determined to be the cause or source of an Emergency, then Tower Operator shall be responsible and shall reimburse the Verizon Group Members for all costs and expenses related to such Emergency.

  • If Subscriber does not promptly return the Operator Equipment or schedule retrieval, Operator may enter any premises where the Operator Equipment may be located for the purpose of disconnecting and retrieving the Operator Equipment.

  • All time spent as an Anode Operator, Equipment Operator, or Potroom Industrial Equipment Driver will be credited to the floor progression except where such time is less than one thousand (1,000) hours.

  • Subscriber will safeguard the Operator Equipment from loss or damage of any kind, and (except for any self installation procedures approved by Operator) will not permit anyone other than an authorized representative of Operator to perform any work on the Operator Equipment.

  • Subscriber will promptly return the Operator Equipment or notify Operator to schedule retrieval by Operator.


More Definitions of Operator Equipment

Operator Equipment means, all together, the generators, telecommunications, radio and other equipment present in the structures of any Infrastructure Item and which are the property of Sellers and/or their Affiliates, as well as their antennas and/or connection cables for such equipment that are apt to provide Personal Mobile Service and/or Specialized Mobile Service. Operator Equipment include, but not limited to, dedicated equipment, power cables for Sellers’ and their Subsidiaries’ shelter/container, fiber optic cables, radio frequency and transmission antennas and their cables, exclusive and specific grounding system for these equipment and associated grounding devices with coaxial cables, shelter / container / Outdoor Base Radio Station of Sellers and their Affiliates, all electronics and batteries associated with the shelter / container / Outdoor Base Radio Station of Sellers and their Affiliates, specific internal and external grounding of the shelter / container / Outdoor Base Radio Station of Sellers and/or their Affiliates (including the physical grounding material and the physical connection between the Operator Equipment and the general grounding system of the site), generators, diesel tanks, active and passive security system, telephone lines, COW (Cell on Wheels) base radio station, and any substations and power transformers dedicated solely to Sellers and/or their Affiliates, all energy contracts related to the Operator Equipment, as well as the operating rooms and masonry shelters, but always excluding their respective foundations.
Operator Equipment means the equipment installed and operated by Operator linked to the FTTx Network and equipment that Operator shall install at the Access Points;
