Option One. The District retains responsibility for maintenance of Active Use Areas] The District shall perform normal maintenance of Active Use Areas at basic level of service subject to normal wear and tear. The District shall notify the City of any known change in condition of the Active Use Areas.

Examples of Option One in a sentence

• In connection with any termination pursuant to clause (ii) of the first sentence of this Section 8.02(a), all unreimbursed Option One Servicing Fees, Servicing Advances and Monthly Advances still owing the Servicer shall be paid at the time of such termination by the Trust Fund.

• Upon a termination of the Servicer for cause pursuant to Section 8.01, all unreimbursed Option One Servicing Fees, Servicing Advances and Monthly Advances still owing the Servicer shall be paid by the Trust Fund as such amounts are received from the related Mortgage Loans.

• All unreimbursed Option One Servicing Fees, Servicing Advances and Monthly Advances still owing the Servicer shall be deducted by the Servicer from the final remittance of the funds to the successor servicer.

Option One. Option One Mortgage Corporation, in its capacity as a party to the Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement.
