Paperless Billing. In an effort to promote environmental friendliness by going paperless, the bill will not be posted out in hard copies to your postal address. You accept that the presentation of the bill online through your Account or by email.

Customers who are being assessed the administrative charge can enroll in automatic bill payments and paperless billing to receive a waiver of the administrative charge, if any, on each invoice while they remain enrolled in automatic bill payments and paperless billing. If you are not yet being assessed the administrative charge, enrollment in automatic bill paying and paperless billing will ensure that you will not be assessed the administrative charge for receipt of paper invoices in the future. 1.2 By using Paperless Billing you will no longer receive a paper ▇▇▇▇ from eMobile. By registering for Paperless Billing you will be able to access up to 12 months’ worth of previous mobile telephone/mobile broadband bills in PDF format on my eMobile (“Paperless ▇▇▇▇”). There will be no change to your normal billing cycle.
