Ordered military duty definition

Ordered military duty means any military duty performed in the service of the State of Georgia or the United States including but not limited to attendance at any service school or schools conducted by the armed forces of the United States by any employee as a voluntary member of any force of the organized militia or any reserve force or component of the armed forces of the United States pursuant to orders issued by the competent State or Federal authority, without the consent of the employees.
Ordered military duty means military duty performed as a member of the organized militia or reserve forces or reserve components of the armed forces of the United States with or without consent of that member.
Ordered military duty means any military duty or while reporting to and returning from duty or while reporting to and from such duty not to exceed a total of fifteen (15) work days in any one calendar year.
