Original Area definition

Original Area means the portion of the Project Area established by Ordinance No. 1177 on July 5, 1977, as more particularly described in the attached Exhibit B (see
Original Area. “Additional Lobby Floor Area”; and “Chinese Restaurant Area” have the meanings as ascribed thereto in the Participation Agreement;
Original Area and “Additional Lobby Floor Area” as defined in the Consolidation Agreement shall be re-designated and named as “Area 1”;

Examples of Original Area in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the aforesaid sharing ratio shall NOT be applied to the machines placed by ELIXIR and operated at the Original Area and the Additional Lobby Floor Area and the revenue sharing ratio for the those machines is governed by clauses 4B and 4C of the Second Supplemental Agreement.

  • In order to consolidate all of Tenant's Premises under one Base Year, the 1996 operating expense monthly payment was added to the base rent for the Original Area (see schedule above).

More Definitions of Original Area

Original Area in Exhibit “A” and shown on Exhibit “B,” which exhibits are attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. The Premises also shall include the property described as the “Expansion Area” in Exhibit “A” and shown on Exhibit “B” upon the commencement of construction of the “Expansion Project” pursuant to that certain Joint Funding Agreement referred to in Section 13. CITY shall maintain full control and responsibility of the Expansion Area, commonly known as the Senior Center, until commencement of construction of the Expansion Project. If the Joint Funding Agreement is terminated prior to the completion of the Expansion Project, then upon such termination, the Premises shall not include the Expansion Area and City’s use of the Expansion Area shall not be restricted by County or this Lease in any way. // //
