WORK COMPENSATION. 1. The compensation shall be determined based on the workload. There shall be the same compensation for the same work. Party A shall Pay Party B salary on the payday each month in cash. According to the position set in this contract, the monthly salary shall be C: A. salary based on items; B. salary based on time; C. salary based on level of position; D. sales commission. 2. For the probation period, Party B’s monthly salary shall be RMB1,224,000 or paid based on the position’s. 3. Party A shall not retain or delay the salary for no reason. The salary paid by Party A to Party B shall be no lower than the minimum wage standard set by the government. 4. The salary based on level of position may be adjusted as required by the management of the company. 5. In case of adjustment of position, the salary shall be based on level of position after the adjustment.

WORK COMPENSATION. 17.1 The basic compensation for each employee shall be set forth in Schedule "A". There shall be no deviation from said hourly compensation rates during the life of this Agreement. 17.2 The following conditions shall apply to all overtime work. a. Time and one-half shall be paid for all hours worked over eight (8) hours in one day or forty (40) hours in one week and for all hours worked on Saturday, except for Special Schedule Employees and employees taking an unpaid day during the work week. b. Double time will be paid for all hours worked on Sunday and holidays. In the case of holidays, this will be in addition to holiday pay if the employee is entitled to holiday pay for that day. c. Paid leave shall count towards hours worked. d. Compensatory time off may be given instead of overtime pay if mutually agreeable to the employee and the Employer. Such compensatory time shall be at the time and one-half or double time rate, whichever is applicable. e. Shift premium rates will be paid for all hours worked on Saturday by second and third shift custodial personnel should the hours worked be after the completion of their normal work shift. 17.3 Any employee using his/her private vehicle to conduct school business will be reimbursed according to the current Board of Education policy, provided a school vehicle is not available. 17.4 Employees shall choose to have compensation made by direct deposit or to an employer issued debit card.
WORK COMPENSATION. All employees subject to this Agreement shall receive, in addition to the regular classification rate shown herein, the night work compensation of fifty cents ($0.50) per hour for each hour worked during the normal and regular afternoon night shift, and including Saturday and Sunday. (The shift as by the Department labour schedule). Any employee working on a higher rate of classification shall, after working for a period of five (5) successive days, receive the classification rate of pay for that classification commencement of the job. However, when Management feels the employee has qualified for the higher classification, the employee will receive the rate for the higher classification for each day of work on the classification, All overtime shall be on a voluntary basis and Department Stewards will be responsible for the solicitation of such volunteers from the employees in the respective departments to work overtime. There will be no concerted effort by the Union to withhold volunteers. In conjunction with the Procedure outlined in Article should the necessary coverage not be provided by the above procedure, the Company reserves the right to select employees to provide the required coverage, subject to Grievance Procedure. The principle for selection will be on the basis of an having the least seniority, providing the can perform the work to be done. Set-up times will not be considered as overtime for the purpose of solicitation, if for a period of of an hour or less.

WORK COMPENSATION. Where a mutually agreed-upon compensation is used, as of 1 May 2013 this is NOK 652.80* a day. The payment of the compensation requires a minimum 12-hour absence and is calculated in the regular manner in accordance with the number of fieldwork days. The rate is regulated in accordance with the basic salary for an Associate Professor.
WORK COMPENSATION. The School District agrees to pay the Construction Cost Estimator out of a “general pool” of shared funds up to a total aggregate amount not to exceed Dollars ($ )as compensation for the Services performed by the Construction Cost Estimator under this Contract during the Initial Term of this Contract.   • Overtime Compensation 1. Except as provided in this section, Grantee will be responsible for any obligations of premium overtime pay due employees. Premium overtime pay is defined as any compensation paid to an individual in addition to the employee’s normal rate of pay for hours worked in excess of normal working hours. 2. Funds provided under this Contract may be used to pay the premium portion of overtime only under the following conditions: i. With the prior written approval of System Agency; ii. Temporarily, in the case of an emergency or an occasional operational bottleneck; iii. When employees are performing indirect functions, such as administration, maintenance, or accounting; iv. In performance of tests, laboratory procedures, or similar operations that are continuous in nature and cannot reasonably be interrupted or otherwise completed; or v. When lower overall cost to System Agency will result.

  • Extra Compensation The Board shall pay no fees, other than described above, to the PA/E unless authorized by the Board as follows: A. If the scope of the Project or site is changed, the Board and the PA/E shall negotiate a reasonable fee based upon the probable estimated construction cost in changing the scope of the work and the approximate percentage of the estimated construction cost which was used to negotiate this Agreement if, and, as such may be applicable. B. If the DOE or Board requires the PA/E to make major or costly changes to the Schematic, Preliminary or Construction Document Phase submittals, which changes are not caused by architectural or engineering error or oversight, the PA/E shall be paid to redesign for additional expenses in an amount agreed to by the parties. Under no circumstances will the principals of the PA/E and the principals of his consultants be paid a fee in excess of $125.00 per hour.

  • Basic Compensation (a) SALARY. Executive will be paid an annual base salary of $115,000.00, subject to adjustment as provided below (the "Salary"), which will be payable in equal periodic installments according to Employer's customary payroll practices, but no less frequently than monthly. The Salary will be reviewed by the Board of Directors not less frequently than annually, and shall be increased on each anniversary of the Effective Date during the term hereof by an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the prior year's base salary.

  • Salary Compensation As salary compensation for Employee's services hereunder and all the rights granted hereunder by Employee to the Company, the Company shall pay Employee a gross salary of not less than $175,000 during the term of this Agreement. Employee's salary shall be payable in bi-weekly increments in accordance with the Company's payroll practices for salaried employees, upon the condition that Employee fully and faithfully performs Employee's services hereunder in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.   • Additional Compensation Notwithstanding anything in this Memorandum of Understanding to the contrary when in the judgment of the Board, it becomes necessary or desirable to utilize the services of County employees in capacities other than those for which they are regularly employed, the Board may authorize and, if appropriate, fix an additional rate of compensation for such employees.

  • Final Compensation Final Compensation for an employee, who is employed by the State for the first time and becomes a member of CalPERS prior to January 15, 2011, is based on the highest average monthly pay rate during twelve (12) consecutive months of employment. Final Compensation for an employee, who is employed by the State for the first time and becomes a member of CalPERS on or after January 15, 2011, is based on the highest average monthly pay rate during thirty-six (36) consecutive months of employment.

  • Annual Compensation The Executive's "Annual Compensation" for purposes of this Agreement shall be deemed to mean the highest level of base salary paid to the Executive by the Employers or any subsidiary thereof during any of the three calendar years ending during the calendar year in which the Date of Termination occurs.

  • CONSULTANT’S COMPENSATION Consultant’s Compensation means the fees and expenses incurred directly in connection with the performance or furnishing of Basic and Additional Services for which the Owner shall pay the Consultant as indicated in Exhibit A.

  • Bonus Compensation During the term hereof, the Executive shall participate in the Company’s Senior Executive Annual Incentive Plan, as it may be amended from time to time pursuant to the terms thereof (the “Plan,” a current copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A) and shall be eligible for a bonus award thereunder (the “Bonus”). For purposes of the Plan, the Executive shall be eligible for a Bonus, and the Executive’s specified percentage (the “Specified Percentage”) for such Bonus shall initially be fifty percent (50%) of Base Salary and shall thereafter be established annually by the Board of Directors (the “Board”) or, if the Board delegates the Specified Percentage determination process to a Committee of the Board, by such Committee. In the event the Board or Committee does not approve the Executive’s Specified Percentage within 90 days of the beginning of a fiscal year, such Specified Percentage shall be the same as the immediately preceding year. Whenever any Bonus payable to the Executive is stated in this Agreement to be prorated for any period of service less than a full year, such Bonus shall be prorated by multiplying (x) the amount of the Bonus otherwise earned and payable for the applicable fiscal year in accordance with this Sub-Section 4.2 by (y) a fraction, the denominator of which shall be 365 and the numerator of which shall be the number of days during the applicable fiscal year for which the Executive was employed by the Company. Executive agrees and understands that any prorated Bonus payments will be made only after determination of the achievement of the applicable Performance Measures (as defined in the Plan) in accordance with the terms of the Plan. Any compensation paid to the Executive as Bonus shall be in addition to the Base Salary.

  • Your Compensation (a) Your concession, if any, on your sales of Portfolio shares will be as provided in the Prospectus or in the applicable schedule of concessions issued by us and in effect at the time of our sale to you. Upon written notice to you, we or any Portfolio may change or discontinue any schedule of concessions, or issue a new schedule. (b) If a Portfolio has adopted a plan pursuant to Rule 12b-1 under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (a "Plan"), we may make distribution payments or service payments to you under the Plan. If a Portfolio does not have a currently effective Plan, we or Fidelity Management & Research Company may make distribution payments or service payments to you from our own funds. Any distribution payments or service payments will be made in the amount and manner set forth in the Prospectus or in the applicable schedule of distribution payments or service payments issued by us and then in effect. Upon written notice to you, we or any Portfolio may change or discontinue any schedule of distribution payments or service payments, or issue a new schedule. A schedule of distribution payments or service payments will be in effect with respect to a Portfolio that has a Plan only so long as that Portfolio's Plan remains in effect. (c) Concessions, distribution payments, and service payments apply only with respect to (i) shares of the "Fidelity Funds" (as designated on Schedule A attached to this Agreement) purchased or maintained for the account of Bank Clients, and (ii) shares of the "Fidelity Advisor Funds" (as designated on Schedule B attached to this Agreement). Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, neither we nor any Portfolio will provide to you, nor may you retain, concessions on your sales of shares of, or distribution payments or service payments with respect to assets of, the Fidelity Funds attributable to you or any of your clients, other than Bank Clients. When you place an order in shares of the Fidelity Funds with us, you will identify the Bank on behalf of whose Clients you are placing the order; and you will identify as a non-Bank Client Order, any order in shares of the Fidelity Funds placed for the account of a non-Bank Client. (d) After the effective date of any change in or discontinuance of any schedule of concessions, distribution payments, or service payments, or the termination of a Plan, any concessions, distribution payments, or service payments will be allowable or payable to you only in accordance with such change, discontinuance, or termination. You agree that you will have no claim against us or any Portfolio by virtue of any such change, discontinuance, or termination. In the event of any overpayment by us of any concession, distribution payment, or service payment, you will remit such overpayment. (e) If any Portfolio shares sold to you by us under the terms of this Agreement are redeemed by the issuing Portfolio or tendered for redemption by the customer within seven (7) business days after the date of our confirmation of your original purchase order for such shares, you agree (i) to refund promptly to us the full amount of any concession, distribution payment, or service payment allowed or paid to you on such shares, and (ii) if not yet allowed or paid to you, to forfeit the right to receive any concession, distribution payment, or service payment allowable or payable to you on such shares. We will notify you of any such redemption within ten (10) days after the date of the redemption.
