Support Schedule definition

Support Schedule means the schedule to the License Agreement for SAP support (i.e. SAP Standard Support, SAP Enterprise Support or SAP Product Support for Large Enterprises) that is in force for the Software licensed under the License Agreement.
Support Schedule means the exhibit attached as Exhibit A, setting forth the Support Services and the Partiesadditional rights and obligations with respect thereto.

Support Schedule means the schedule to the Agreement listing the services, products, software and or applications covered under the agreement “SLA” means the Service Level Agreement that dictates the Response Times provided by IT-C to the Customer for Incidents and the availability / regularity of services.
