Out of Plan Services means specialty mental health services covered by this Subchapter, other than psychiatric nursing facility services, provided to a beneficiary by providers other than the MHP of the beneficiary or a provider contracting with the MHP of the beneficiary.

Out of Plan Services means any services provided by MSP under this Agreement that are not Managed Services. Examples of Out of Plan Services include (without limitation) emergency support needed for unforeseen business circumstances or because of Customerʼs intentional or accidental damage to Equipment, moves to new locations, project work, assisting with Equipment recovery following natural disasters or emergencies created by third parties, and hardware failure requiring replacement hardware.

Out of Plan Services. (“OPS”) means those services from third parties which are charged in addition to your inclusive Plan allowance. Examples of OPS include additional UK calling minutes, text or data used outside of your Plan allowance, premium rate services, calls to call forwarding numbers, using your mobile while Roaming outside of the UK (or outside of the EU/EEAA if you are an Inclusive Roaming customer, as defined below) and to call people who are not in the UK (where not included in your Plan’s standard charges), directory enquiries services. Examples of Out of Plan Services in a sentence

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.
