Examples of Outage Period in a sentence
Superloop will, wherever reasonably practical in the circumstances, give You at least 10 days prior notice of any Planned Outage Period (Proposed Outage) and will consider any reasonable representations and requests by You in respect of that Proposed Outage.
This Planned Outage Period may be changed from time to time by VNDS, in its sole discretion, upon prior notice to each Registrar.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for an Outage Period will be the above credit.
Your request for this credit must be made within 30 days after the end of the Outage Period.
If, due to any such cause, Intellect is unable to provide to Client the Services and this inability continues for a period of more than 30 days (the "Outage Period"), then the term of this Agreement shall be extended by the Outage Period.
