Output Materials definition

Output Materials means data, drawings, plans, documents, test results and other information prepared by the Company in relation to the Services.
Output Materials means all those items of data (however supplied) and associated documentation (including Deliverables) which are to be provided by CCR to the Customer as a part of the Services “The Price” means the price which CCR has specified in its Proposal to the Customer for the supply of the Services (including any Deliverables)

  • Nothing in this Agreement will be construed so as to imply or require ACAS to grant or assign to the Recipient any rights whatsoever in relation to the Confidential Information or the Output Materials or any ideas, know-how, methodologies and techniques developed by ACAS, whether before or during the course of performance of this Agreement.
