Output Materials means data, drawings, plans, documents, test results and other information prepared by the Company in relation to the Services.

  • GBG grants a non- exclusive, non-transferable licence to the Customer to use the Service and Output Material in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and the Customer shall have no rights in or to the Service and Output Materials other than as set out in this Agreement.

  • Nothing in this Agreement will be construed so as to imply or require ACAS to grant or assign to the Recipient any rights whatsoever in relation to the Confidential Information or the Output Materials or any ideas, know-how, methodologies and techniques developed by ACAS, whether before or during the course of performance of this Agreement.
