Outside Agency definition

Outside Agency means any agency from which a student has received services, but does not include an Alternative Program. Examples include, but are not limited to: judicial placement, youth detention facility, substance abuse facility, and mental health facility.
Outside Agency means any local, state or federal regulatory agency responsible for administering permits to allow certain activities within their purview. Outside agencies includes but not limited to other City jurisdictions, Santa Clara Valley Water District (SCVWD), Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA), California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Santa Clara Country Department of Environmental Health and Santa Clara County Roads and Airports.

  • Outside Agency personnel may be utilized after available work time has been offered to bargaining unit employees who have made themselves available for said work time by so indicating on a daily "Availability List" not later than seven (7) days after the posting of the next monthly schedule.
