Parent Documents definition

Parent Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.

Examples of Parent Documents in a sentence

• The execution, delivery and performance by Parent and Sub of this Agreement and the Parent Documents to which it is a party and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby have been duly authorized by the Board of Directors of Parent and Sub, as applicable (and, in the case of this Agreement, by the Board of Directors of Sub and by Parent as the sole stockholder of Sub).
