Parent Documents definition

Parent Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.

Examples of Parent Documents in a sentence

• No other corporate proceedings on the part of Parent or Sub are necessary to authorize this Agreement or the Parent Documents and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby.

More Definitions of Parent Documents

Parent Documents means all of the agreements, documents, instruments or certifications contemplated by this Agreement to be executed by Parent or Merger Sub.
