Performance Vesting Percentage definition
Performance Vesting Percentage means the percentage determined in accordance with Exhibit A attached hereto, which is a function of whether and to what extent the Performance Goals are achieved during the Performance Period.

Performance Vesting Percentage shall be equal to the percentage set forth below opposite the actual Internal Rate of Return calculated in the manner set forth above.
