The Permitted Capacity provided in the Order(s) represents minimum amounts that Licensee has committed to for the Maintenance Term.
The Permitted Capacity provided in the Order(s) represents minimum amounts that Subscriber has committed to for the Subscription Term.
If Subscriber’s use exceeds the Permitted Capacity, Subscriber must purchase additional Permitted Capacity sufficient for the balance of the then-current Subscription Term to cover the excess use.
