Power Agreement definition

Power Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(a)(xii).
Power Agreement means those certain several Power Purchase --------------- Contracts between SCE and Zond which were assigned by Zond to the Partnership pursuant to the Assignment of Power Purchase Contracts.
Power Agreement means the Electric Energy Purchase and Sales Agreement, and the General Interconnection Agreement, both dated as of September 22, 1995, the Supplemental Agreement dated February 10, 1996 and the technical interconnect dispatch agreement (to be executed prior to the Commercial Operation Date), relevant excepts of which are attached hereto as Exhibit A, all between Owner and the Utility.

More Definitions of Power Agreement

Power Agreement means the agreement between AMSC and the Customer for the sourcing and supply of Power+ Product which will be attached to a Transaction Confirmation and form part of this Agreement;

Power Agreement means any agreement or other arrangement pursuant to which any Credit Party procures electricity required for the operation of the NYDIG Equipment (or the relevant portion thereof), however styled or described (including, without limitation, any electricity supply agreement, retail power purchase agreement, pooling agreement, gas purchase agreement, servicing agreement or similar energy procurement agreement).
