Practically Complete definition

Practically Complete means that the Infrastructure Works have been determined as being ready for a Final Inspection pursuant to 2.10 of Schedule 22, Part B (Acceptance of Infrastructure Works);

Examples of Practically Complete in a sentence

  • If the report in respect of a Phase indicates that the Phase: is not Practically Complete, the Development Vehicle shall notify the Developer and the Developer shall carry out such works as is necessary to achieve Practical Completion; or is Practically Complete, the Developer and the Development Vehicle shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure the Settlement Date occurs within 5 Business Days of the date of receipt by the Development Vehicle of the Monitoring Surveyor’s report.
