In the case of Designated Employees who are not Covered Executives, individual Performance Bonus Awards are determined based upon the Designated Employee’s Preliminary Bonus Award, adjusted up to +/-30% based upon the Designated Employee’s performance against identified individual objectives established for each Designated Employee; provided that, the sum of all Performance Bonus Awards for Designated Employees who are not Covered Executives cannot exceed the Available Bonus Pool.
