Prepetition Documents definition

Prepetition Documents means the Prepetition Facilities and any other related documents or instruments from time to time executed in favor of the Prepetition Indebtedness Holders.

Prepetition Documents means the 2018 Credit Agreement, the 2022 Revolving Credit Agreement, the Secured Note Indenture, and the Unsecured Note Indenture, together with all other related documents, instruments, and agreements, in each case as supplemented, amended, restated, or otherwise modified from time to time.

Prepetition Documents means the Prepetition Term Documents, the Prepetition ABL Documents, the Prepetition IPCo Notes Documents and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents executed pursuant thereto.

Examples of Prepetition Documents in a sentence

• As additional adequate protection, to the extent any Prepetition Debt remains outstanding, the Debtors will provide adequate protection to First Midwest, in the form of: (a) monthly payments of interest, reasonable fees and other amounts due under the Prepetition Documents; and (b) ongoing payment of First Midwest’s reasonable fees, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, legal and other professionals’ fees and expenses.

• The Debtors shall comply with the rights of access and information afforded to the DIP Secured Parties under the DIP Loan Documents and the Prepetition Secured Parties under the Prepetition Documents.

More Definitions of Prepetition Documents

Prepetition Documents means (a) the Prepetition Credit Agreement and the “Loan Documents” under and as defined therein and (b) the Prepetition Notes, the Prepetition Notes Indenture and the “First Lien Documents” under and as defined therein.

Prepetition Documents means the “Financing Documents” as defined in the Prepetition Credit Agreement.

Prepetition Documents means the Prepetition Facility and all instruments and documents executed at any time in connection therewith.

Prepetition Documents means, collectively, the Master Lease Documents and theWorking Capital Documents, which shall include each of the “Prepetition Documents” identified in the Orders.
