Prepetition Documents definition
Prepetition Documents means the Prepetition Facilities and any other related documents or instruments from time to time executed in favor of the Prepetition Indebtedness Holders.
Prepetition Documents means (a) the Prepetition Credit Agreement and the “Loan Documents” under and as defined therein and (b) the Prepetition Notes, the Prepetition Notes Indenture and the “First Lien Documents” under and as defined therein.
Prepetition Documents means the 2018 Credit Agreement, the 2022 Revolving Credit Agreement, the Secured Note Indenture, and the Unsecured Note Indenture, together with all other related documents, instruments, and agreements, in each case as supplemented, amended, restated, or otherwise modified from time to time.

Prepetition Documents means the Prepetition Credit Agreement and the other “Loan Documents” as defined in the Prepetition Credit Agreement.
