Service Component Provider shall not invoice Customers in any given month for more than the maximum number of Monthly Productive Hours Worked per Service Component Provider employee which will be calculated by multiplying the number of Business Days in the month x 8 hours.
For each Rate Card Resource that performs Monthly Productive Hours Worked in a given month, Service Component Provider will invoice Customers at the applicable rate in Attachment 4-A, Service Component Provider Pricing Forms (MSS).
Comcast will not pay for any lost Productive Hours as a result of Vendor network, facility or telecommunications outage/downtime.
