Project Closure Report has the meaning given in Clause 28.2.1; Project Plan a plan setting out the resources, tasks and timescales required to be performed to mobilise and deliver the Call-Off Service together with any revisions the Supplier proposes to make to the Milestone Dates set out in the Call-Off Contract; Property the property, other than real property, issued or made available to the Supplier by the Department in connection with the Agreement; Rate Card the rate card for Personnel as set out in Schedule 2; Regulations any laws, regulations, regulatory constraints, obligations or rules (including binding codes of conduct and binding statements of principle incorporated and contained in such rules) applicable to the existence or operation of this Agreement or the provision of any part of the Services from time to time; Regulatory Body those Government departments and regulatory, statutory and other entities, committees and bodies which, whether under statute, rules, regulations, codes of practice or otherwise, are entitled to regulate, investigate, or influence the matters dealt with in this Agreement or any other affairs of the Department and "Regulatory Body" shall be construed accordingly; Regulatory Change has the meaning given in Clause 41; Relationship Manager as the context requires, the relationship manager of either the Department or the Supplier, as identified below: in relation to the whole Agreement for the Department, Xxxx Xxxxxx; in relation to the whole Agreement for the Supplier, [enter name]; and in relation to a particular Call-Off Service, as specified in the relevant Call-Off Contract;

Related to Project Closure Report

  • Current closure cost estimate means the most recent of the estimates pre- pared in accordance with § 265.142 (a), (b), and (c).

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Phase I Report means, with respect to any Facility, a report that (i) conforms to the ASTM Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process, E 1527, (ii) was conducted no more than six months prior to the date such report is required to be delivered hereunder, by one or more environmental consulting firms reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, (iii) includes an assessment of asbestos-containing materials at such Facility, (iv) is accompanied by (a) an estimate of the reasonable worst-case cost of investigating and remediating any Hazardous Materials Activity identified in the Phase I Report as giving rise to an actual or potential material violation of any Environmental Law or as presenting a material risk of giving rise to a material Environmental Claim, and (b) a current compliance audit setting forth an assessment of Holdings’, its Subsidiaries’ and such Facility’s current and past compliance with Environmental Laws and an estimate of the cost of rectifying any non-compliance with current Environmental Laws identified therein and the cost of compliance with reasonably anticipated future Environmental Laws identified therein.

  • Environmental impact statement means a detailed written statement as required by section 102(2)(C) of the Act.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • Post-Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(c).

  • Final Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Project Report means a summary statement of the likely environmental effects of a proposed development referred to in section 58;

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);

  • Initial Engineering Report means the engineering report concerning Oil and Gas Properties of Loan Parties dated as of June 30, 2006 prepared by Netherland, Xxxxxx & Associates and XxXxxxxx & XxxXxxxxxxx.

  • Pre-Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and Appendix A of the Basic Comprehensive User Guide,by HGC Engineering and dated August 22, 2008 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility and includes all up-dated Acoustic Assessment Reports as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate to demonstrate continued compliance with the Performance Limits following the implementation of any Modification.

  • Survey Report means a report of the results of a Survey, containing the information set out in clause 12.4 and Schedule 6.

  • Books Closure Date means the date and time to be determined by the Manager on which the register of Unitholders will be closed for the purpose of determining the entitlements of Unitholders to a Distribution;

  • Phase I Environmental Report means a report by an Independent Person who regularly conducts environmental site assessments in accordance with then current standards imposed by institutional commercial mortgage lenders and who has a reasonable amount of experience conducting such assessments.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Draft Closing Statement means a draft closing statement, prepared by Seller, as of the close of business of the third (3rd) business day preceding the Closing Date setting forth an estimated calculation of both the Purchase Price and the Estimated Payment Amount.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report, dated June 12, 2009, prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Golder Associated Ltd. and submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.

  • Preliminary Closing Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).

  • Title Report has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(b).

  • Detailed Project Report or ‘‘DPR’’ means the detailed project report relating to Station Development Project and Redevelopment Project attached hereto;
