Project Decree means the Decreto Supremo No. 28160 dated May 17, 2005 and published in the Borrower’s official gazette on May 18, 2005, setting forth the enabling legislation and all institutional arrangements concerning the implementation of the Project, and as amended to date by Decreto Supremo No. 28495 dated December 10, 2005 and Decreto Supremo No. 28734 dated June 10, 2006;

Related to Project Decree

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Commissioning means the process for determining the need for and for obtaining the supply of healthcare and related services by the Trust within available resources.
