Project Investment definition

Project Investment means the transactions between LAC and its subsidiaries and Ganfeng pursuant to which Ganfeng increased its interest in Minera Exar to 50% and LAC decreased its interest to 50%;

Project Investment means, with respect to a Project Company, the aggregate amount of:
Project Investment means: providing financial assistance in the form of a purchase of stock, limited partnership interest, other ownership instrument, or a grant to an entity that is Integrally Involved in a Distressed Community and formed for the sole purpose of engaging in a project or activity, approved by the CDFI Fund, including Affordable Housing Development Loans, Affordable Housing Loans, Commercial Real Estate Loans, and Small Business Loans.
Project Investment means the amount of Developer funds which Developer shall invest in the Project, in the amount not less than Nine Million One Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($9,100,000.00).

The Project Investment does NOT include (i) any portion of the purchase price of the Property satisfied by a credit against the Option consideration due from Buyer under this Agreement (ii) any financing costs incurred by Seller, including loan fees, points, interest, mortgage registration fees, appraisal fees and other financing or holding expenses of Seller (iii) legal, accounting, appraisal or other expenses incurred by Seller in connection with the negotiation, documentation, closing or administration of this Agreement or the Acquisition Agreement, and (iv) any allocation of Seller's overhead or other administrative expenses.
