Project Stages. At the completion of each Project Stage, except in the event that this Agreement is otherwise terminated as permitted herein, the Parties shall mutually agree whether to (i) proceed with the Project or (ii) conduct further development work under the then current Stage in addition to those activities described in the Project for the then current Stage. In the event, that the Parties cannot agree on (i) or (ii) above, the Parties shall organize representatives with technical and executive decision making authority, to meet in good faith and attempt to mutually agree on either (i) or (ii) above, or some alternative course of action, prior to entering ADR as outlined in Section 18.2.

Project Stages. Each implementation project progresses through four stages: Plan, Build, Deploy, and Close. Each stage utilizes various processes and techniques to properly plan, document, execute, and test project work.
Project Stages. The Project will be undertaken by the Joint Venture in stages as summarized below. Each of Stages I to III must be completed before Stages IV and V are undertaken. In the event that Stage III is not completed by the dates set out therein, the City may in its discretion elect to terminate the Joint Venture.

Stage 1: Preliminary discussions During Stage 1 the Artist will: meet with the Project Manager and other relevant parties; arrange to visit the Site if applicable; discuss the Artwork with the Project Manager; and provide a detailed timeline for the realisation of the Artwork Stage 2: Development of the Detailed Design Package (“DDP”) The DDP must include: engineering or other certification confirming compliance of the plans and details with relevant Australian Standards and, if applicable, the Building Code of Australia; preliminary artwork prints or drawings for two dimensional works; scaled drawings and/or models for three dimensional artworks; materials sample/s; full scale sample section and/or construction detail for any elements that require certification; internal lighting and lighting control specifications; installation method/s and schedule; details for digital Artworks as outlined in the DDP checklist; themes and colours; detailed budget breakdown; and project timeline a risk assessment and SWMS and address any SWMS or risk assessment provided by the Council to the Artist; Stage 3: Fabrication, installation, completion and handover At the completion of Stage 3 the Artist will have: fabricated and installed the Artwork provided certification that the construction and/or installation of the Artwork complies with relevant Australian Standards and, if applicable, the Building Code of Australia provided all Instructions and Drawings provided care information for long term maintenance of the artwork in the form of the Artwork Details and Maintenance Manual provided an artist statement provided a report of actual expenditure against the approved budget received notification from the Council as to the inspection of the Artwork undertaken any modifications or alterations arising from the inspection of the Artwork received notification from the Council as to the final inspection received notification from the Council as to acceptance and handover. Project Stages. In addition to being divided into thirteen Phases, the Project shall also be divided into three (3) Incentive Payment stages (“Stages”). To establish a development schedule pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 160A-400.25(b), it is anticipated but not required that each Stage will extend for a period of five years. The First Stage shall commence on the Effective Date. The Second Stage shall commence upon completion of the second Commercial Phase, at least one Residential Phase, and the Fairview Pond, and the Third Stage shall commence upon the completion of the third Commercial Phase.
Project Stages. The performance of each party's obligations hereunder shall be undertaken strictly in accordance with the Project Plan, unless otherwise agreed between the parties separately in writing or as a result of a Change Control Request.

Project Stages. The Execution of the project is expected to follow the suggested outline as below in order to achieve the project objectives. The Contractor is free to suggest the project stages that satisfy his work flow. Stage 1: Data Gathering, Site Survey and analysis - Liaison with all ministries and authorities who have jurisdiction in relation to the execution of Works, e.g. Ministry of Public Works and Housing, Amman and Madaba Municipalities, the Army, Traffic Department and Telecommunication Companies, Telecommunication Regulatory Commission, Jordan Standards and meteorology Organization… etc. - Ministry of Public Works and Housing have their regulations and standards that regulate Road Detours, Excavations, Backfilling and Reinstatement within roads and street corridors, the Contractor shall bear the full responsibility to know, understand, implement and follow these rules and standards during designing and executing works.
a. Carry a full field survey to know existing condition of current existing components.
1. Gathering and collecting information and data about the existing conditions.
2. Submit a proposed plan for carrying out a detailed survey.
3. Start field study to investigate the current existing components and operational supply procedures.
4. Prepare a full survey report and documents for the field study infrastructure of the existing conditions with coordination with Miyahuna.
5. The survey documents shall include the cost of maintenance (if any).
b. Carry a full survey study
1. The study shall include all calculations.
2. Prepare a full survey report and documents for the study.
3. The study document shall include the following but not limited to:
i. Detailed network architecture drawing (site coordination, data rate…etc.).
ii. Equipment distribution.
iii. General description.
iv. Site survey result. In this stage; the role of the Contractor includes but not limited to:
a) Identify key technical constraints.
b) Identify the risks.
c) Complete the Employer’s Requirements.
d) Utilize the available information, data, drawings and specifications and the results of the previous stage.
e) Prepare the drawings and the works to be done in the implementation stage.
