Protected Circuit definition

Protected Circuit means a Circuit the local tail of which is protected fibre;
Protected Circuit means a exclusive physical communication channel (i.e., multiplexing ratio 1:1) which is established between CC and ISP. This physical channel serves as a conduit to create logical telecommunication channel dynamically between CC and any arbitrary point on the world wide Internet.
