Protected Rights definition

Protected Rights means the benefits under a contracted out scheme which derive from Tier II Contributions and which must be provided in a specified form as a condition of contracting out.
Protected Rights has the same meaning as in section 10 of the Act.

Protected Rights means any intellectual property right falling within regulation 3(1) that is protected in the United Kingdom or falls within the scope of a listed agreement;
