Protected Rights definition

Protected Rights means the benefits under a contracted out scheme which derive from Tier II Contributions and which must be provided in a specified form as a condition of contracting out.
Protected Rights has the same meaning as in section 10 of the Act.
Protected Rights means the protected rights benefits of the Annuitant earned whilst contracted-out of the state earnings-related pension scheme and/or the state second pension through membership of the Scheme;
