Prior to the initial closing of the interconnection, the NUG shall conduct, at its own cost, the appropriate tests and inspections and certify in writing to SED that all NUG interconnection facilities meet SED’s specifications and are functioning properly consistent with Prudent Engineering and Operating Practices.
Turbine Supplier shall perform the Services in accordance with Prudent Engineering and Operating Practices, the Master Agreement Documents, all Applicable Laws and all Permits.

Upon Decommissioning of the Facility, the NUG shall reimburse GMP for the reasonable and actual costs incurred by GMP to disconnect the Facility and remove the GMP interconnection facilities in accordance with Prudent Engineering and Operating Practices.
