Qualified teaching experience means experience obtained subsequent to the completion of professional training deemed satisfactory to the standards established by the Ontario Ministry of Education and includes:

Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, if a Teacher has worked for a period of five (5) months or more but less than ten months as of September (hereinafter called a "short year") during agreement, such period shall be deemed for the experience to be a full year of experience.
