Rental Deposits definition
Rental Deposits means a deposit required by a Landlord as a condition of obtaining possession and occupancy of a rented dwelling unit. To be covered by this Emergency Rental Assistance Program, such deposits must be reasonable and may not exceed an amount equivalent to two (2) months rental payments for the premises being rented.

Lessee shall be responsible for payment of damaged or missing items. The Lessee hereby agrees to pay all charges incidental to the use of the boat during the use period. The Lessee shall keep the watercraft in good running condition and in the same condition as when received should the Lessee not be present or not ready to accept delivery of the boat, for whatever reason, at the specified time, LESSOR reserves the right to rent the watercraft to someone else, and the security deposit of the non-present Lessee will be forfeited. Upon delivery of the watercraft to the Lessee, and during the entire rental period, Lessee shall be responsible for the operation, control and possession of the watercraft, as well as all expenses associated therein, except as may be noted otherwise in these agreements.

Rental Deposits. Entire balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. A rental deposit is due a maximum of seven days after making reservation. Sorry, we do not hold reservations without a deposit. Please follow the check out list prior to departing. • PARKING: All vehicles must be parked in the assigned parking or in guest parking area. The front desk will provide the parking stall number. If you have more than one car, let the front desk know when you check in and they will provide you with a free guest parking pass to park in the visitor parking area. You must receive a parking pass. • REPAIRS, EQUIPMENT, AMENITIES: The condo is furnished with towels, linens and fully equipped kitchens. A small supply of certain cleaning items and toiletries are provided. Refills of supplies are not provided. Repairs to malfunctioning equipment will be performed as soon as possible. Equipment function cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time.
Rental Deposits means cash the Company has deposited as security in respect of (i) a €82,000 (eighty two thousand euro’s), issued in relation to the Lease in the Netherlands, (ii) $5,000 (five thousand U.S. dollars), issued in relation to the Lease in the United States.
