Rental Expenses means, for any period, for the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis, the sum of all rentals payable under leases of real, personal, or mixed property.

Rental Expenses means all expenses incurred for the purposes of earning the Rental Revenue may include but not limited to:

Rental Expenses is hereby added to Section 1.1 of the Credit Agreement in the appropriate alphabetical sequence: Rental Expenses shall mean rental expenses for all leased real property (excluding Percent Rent).
