Representatives of Members definition

Representatives of Members means heads of delegations of Members participating in meetings convened by the Bank other than meetings of the Governors or the Board of Directors;

Representatives of Members means heads of delegations of Members, participating in meetings convened by the 1992 Fund;

Representatives of Members means representatives, alternates, advisers, technical experts and secretaries of delegations of Members.
