Reservation Service means the reservation service we designate in the Standards for use by System Hotels. “RevPAR Index” is a measurement produced by Xxxxx Travel Research, Inc., an independent market research firm serving the travel industry, or to the extent Xxxxx Travel Research Inc. (“STR”) is no longer in operation, a comparable independent market research firm serving the travel industry, that calculates the fair share of the amount of available revenue a hotel (or hotel brand) receives relative to its competitive set within a given market.

Examples of Reservation Service in a sentence

  • L.L.C. d/b/a Hilton Reservations & Customer Care and successor-in-interest to Hilton Service Corporation ("Reservations Worldwide") will provide you with its national and international reservation services and systems ("Reservation Service").

Related to Reservation Service

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.
