RTÉ Data definition

RTÉ Data means all (a) business rules, logic, configurations, processes and data including, without limitation, personal data owned by RTÉ and supplied by RTÉ to the Supplier in order to enable the Supplier develop the System(s), Products and/or Services and (b) all data generated as a result of the operation of the System(s), Products and/or Services including without limitation data and personal data submitted and/or created by RTÉ customers or users (“Customer Generated Data”).

Examples of RTÉ Data in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall certify in writing that all copies of the RTÉ Data have been returned to RTÉ and that all RTÉ Data has been expunged from the Supplier’s records, including but not limited to all computers and computer databases owned and/or operated by the Supplier.

  • In the event of termination or expiry of these Conditions, the Supplier shall return all RTÉ Data and any copies thereof to RTÉ within ten (10) Business Days from the date of termination or expiry of these Conditions.

  • The sole and exclusive ownership of all Background IPR, RTÉ Data [and RTÉ Content] [delete if not applicable] and all Intellectual Property Rights therein furnished by RTÉ to the Supplier in order to enable the creation and/or provision of the Product(s) or the provision of the Services shall remain vested/vest in RTÉ as the owner thereof.

  • If a PPT determines that the special education student's inappropriate behavior or actions are not the result of the student's disability, suspension or expulsion procedures shall be conducted in accordance with provisions of this policy.

  • The sole and exclusive ownership of the Intellectual Property Rights in all RTÉ Data [and RTÉ Content] [delete if not applicable] furnished by RTÉ to the Supplier in order to enable development of the Software and/or System(s) and/or Product(s) or the provision of the Services and/or Maintenance and Support Services [and/or Hosting Services][delete if not applicable] shall vest in RTÉ as the owner thereof.

  • The Supplier shall not unless authorised to do so in writing by RTÉ, disclose to any third party or use any such RTÉ Data [and RTÉ Content][delete if not applicable] except as required for the purposes hereof.

  • The Supplier shall not unless authorised to do so in writing by RTÉ, disclose to any third party or use any such Background IPR, RTÉ Data [and RTÉ Content] [delete if not applicable] except as required for the purposes hereof.

  • The Supplier shall certify in writing that all copies of the RTÉ Data, [RTÉ Content,] Customer Generated Data and/or Foreground IPR have been returned to RTÉ and that all RTÉ Data [RTÉ Content], Customer Generated Data and/or Foreground IPR has been expunged from the Supplier’s records, including but not limited to all computers and computer databases owned and/or operated by the Supplier.

  • Arbitration efficiency versus some dilemmas The parties, in the international trade context, when intending to enter into their contractual relations, must pay special attention to the clauses relating to the resolution of future disputes that may arise from the contract.

Related to RTÉ Data

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and any of its lower-tier Subcontractors under this Subcontract.

  • Anonymous Data means Personal Data that has been processed in such a manner that it can no longer be attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • Subject Data As used in this section, “subject data” means recorded information, whether or not copyrighted, that is delivered or specified to be delivered as required by the Underlying Agreement. Examples of subject data include, but are not limited to computer software, standards, specifications, engineering drawings and associated lists, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, catalog item identifications, and related information, but do not include financial reports, cost analyses, or other similar information used for performance or administration of the Underlying Agreement.
