Sales Call definition

Sales Call means a personal visit by a Sales Representative to one or several medical professional(s) having prescribing authority in the part of the Field for the indications in which the Product is approved, as well as to other individuals or entities that have significant impact or influence on prescribing decisions in the part of the Field in which the Product is approved during which such Sales Representative Details the Product.
Sales Call means an interaction between an Impax PSR and a Neurologist in which the Product is the subject of either a Primary Detail or a Secondary Detail.
Sales Call means a presentation to a member of the Target Audience by a Representative during which such Representative promotes the Product. Sales Call means, with respect to the Product, a communication by a Sales Representative that involves generating or maintaining demand among targeted practicing physicians by: (a) executing sales calls with nephrologists and other interdisciplinary staff; (b) describing in a fair and balanced manner the Regulatory Authority-approved indicated uses and other relevant characteristics of the Product; and (c) using, as needed, the Promotional Piece(s) approved by the Parties for the Product.
