SBA Data definition

SBA Data means all information accessed, created, maintained, obtained, processed, stored, or transmitted using any SBA Account or SBA Systems and all information derived therefrom.
SBA Data means any data access, created, maintained, obtained, processed, stored, or transmitted by KPMG in the course of performing the Agreement and all information derived therefrom. KPMG agrees to obtain and review current Service Organization Controls Report for any provider. KPMG shall provide prompt notice to the SBA in the event it becomes aware of any security breach or any unauthorized transmission or loss of any SBA Data. If SBA Data resides on KPMG’s systems, the SBA may require KPMG to provide information regarding KPMG’s testing policies and procedures. SBA may also request, where applicable and available, a copy of KPMG’s SOC II, Type II reports for systems on which SBA Data resides. KPMG hereby affirms its receipt of SBA Harassment Prevention Policy No. 10-254 (formerly 20-254), from the SBA and hereby agrees to avoid harassment, as that term is defined in Policy No. 10-254, of any individual with whom KPMG comes into contact while working on matters pursuant to this engagement.
SBA Data means all proprietary Data in SBA’s possession and all Data produced or developed by, or on behalf of, Contractor in connection with the performance of the Contract/Order, and all Data provided by SBA to the Contractor related to the Contractor’s performance of the Contract/Order.

Examples of SBA Data in a sentence

  • Contractor may be subject to all penalties imposed by law for unlawful disclosure of SBA Data or Confidential Information by the Contractor, which may include termination of the Contract/Order.

  • Contractor shall not release or disclose SBA Data or Confidential Information, either orally, or in written, electronic or any other form, to any person or entity, without the express written consent of the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), as named by the Contract/Order.

  • This Agreement supplements any current language in the Contract/Order regarding IT security and supersedes any conflicting language and prior agreements regarding the non-disclosure or confidentiality of Confidential Information and SBA Data.

  • This Agreement applies to any SBA Data, PPI, and Confidential Information that the Contractor has access to starting on date of award of the Contract/Order [Insert Contract/Order Number].

  • Confidential Information and SBA Data may only be disclosed to personnel employed by Contractor or one of its subcontractors with a Need-to-know, as defined in this Agreement, and only after the Contractor receives express, written consent from the COR.

  • Contractor agrees that any and all SBA Data and Confidential Information is and will remain the property of SBA; is privileged and confidential; and any release or disclosure of SBA Data or Confidential Information is subject to SBA prior written approval.

  • Contractor will take all actions reasonably necessary to preserve and protect any privilege or claim of confidentiality related to the SBA Data and Confidential Information as well as any information derived therefrom, including but not limited to, maintaining such safeguards and internal controls as are necessary and appropriate.

  • The Contractor shall immediately notify the COR upon discovery of any unauthorized use, theft, loss, misplacement, unauthorized release or disclosure of SBA Data or Confidential Information whether or not the Contractor is personally involved.

  • Contractor acknowledges that any misappropriation of SBA Data or Confidential Information by Contractor and/or any use of the SBA Data or the Confidential Information for any purpose other than in accordance with and to perform its duties under the Contract/Order shall constitute a violation of 18 U.S.C. 641 and shall be subject to criminal penalties as set forth in the statute.

  • Confidential Information and SBA Data received by the Contractor must be protected by Contractor against unauthorized use, release, disclosure and modification.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Your Data means all electronic data or information submitted by You to the Purchased Services.
