Scheduled Lease Payments definition

Scheduled Lease Payments means, with respect to any Lease, the monthly or quarterly rent payments scheduled to be made by the related Lessee under the terms of such Lease after the Initial Cut-Off Date or the related Additional Cut-Off Date, as applicable, in each case, after the effect of any adjustments as a result of a portion of such Lease being terminated prior to its scheduled expiration date (it being understood that Scheduled Lease Payments do not include any Excluded Amounts).

  • Use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain and preserve all of its tangible Property and collect all Scheduled Lease Payments in accordance with the standards of a prudent owner and/or operator of Cell Towers and Wireless Assets.

Related to Scheduled Lease Payments

  • Lease Payments means the rental payments described in Exhibit A hereto.
