Borrower shall promptly pay and discharge all lawful taxes, sewer rents, water charges, assessments and other governmental charges or levies imposed upon Borrower or upon its income or profits or upon any of the Secured Properties or any of the Negative Pledge Properties, other than those being contested in good faith by appropriate proceedings.
