Secured Properties definition

Secured Properties means, as at any date, each of the Immovable Properties owned by the Issuer over which a Mortgage Bond is registered in favour of the Debt Guarantor for the Issuer’s obligations to the Debt Guarantor in connection with, inter alia, the Senior Secured Notes and Secured Property shall mean any one of them;
Secured Properties means the Properties mortgaged to a Secured Creditor;
Secured Properties means, as at any date, each of the Immovable Properties owned by any Obligor over which a Mortgage Bond is registered in favour of the Debt Guarantor for the Obligor’s obligations to the Debt Guarantor in connection with the finance documents and Secured Property shall mean any one of them;

Examples of Secured Properties in a sentence

  • The Issuer shall upon written request from the Trustee, provide the Trustee with a list of Secured Properties as at the date of the written request from the Trustee, within 10 (ten) Business Days of receipt of the written request from the Trustee.

  • The Issuer shall upon written request from the Noteholder Trustee, provide the Noteholder Trustee with a list of Secured Properties as at the date of the written request from the Noteholder Trustee, within 10 (ten) Business Days of receipt of the written request from the Noteholder Trustee.

More Definitions of Secured Properties

Secured Properties mean the real properties, fixtures and/or facilities as described in the Mortgages.
Secured Properties shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 14.29, and as more specifically set forth on Schedule 14.29 attached hereto.
Secured Properties means all Properties that are Encumbered.
