Secured Properties definition

Secured Properties means, as at any date, each of the Immovable Properties owned by the Issuer over which a Mortgage Bond is registered in favour of the Debt Guarantor for the Issuer’s obligations to the Debt Guarantor in connection with, inter alia, the Senior Secured Notes and Secured Property shall mean any one of them;
Secured Properties means the Properties mortgaged to a Secured Creditor;

  • Borrower shall promptly pay and discharge all lawful taxes, sewer rents, water charges, assessments and other governmental charges or levies imposed upon Borrower or upon its income or profits or upon any of the Secured Properties or any of the Negative Pledge Properties, other than those being contested in good faith by appropriate proceedings.

More Definitions of Secured Properties

Secured Properties mean the real properties, fixtures and/or facilities as described in the Mortgages.
