Rights of the Customer. The Customer has the right to have access to and correction of the Customer's personal data as set out in the Ordinance. In general, and subject to certain exemptions, the Customer is entitled to: (i) enquire whether an Associate holds personal data in relation to the Customer; (ii) request access to the Customer's personal data within a reasonable time, at a fee which is not excessive, in a reasonable manner and in a form that is intelligible; (iii) request the correction of the Customer's personal data; (iv) be given reasons if a request for access or correction is refused, and object to any such refusal; (v) object to the use of its data as listed under clause 3.2 above, however the objection to any one of the uses contained therein shall prevent the Company from administering the account. Therefore any objections shall be treated as a request to close the Customer’s account with the Company; and (vi) lodge a complaint with a relevant supervisory authority if the Customer considers that the processing of his/her data infringes on his/her rights.

Rights of the Customer. 5.3.1. The Customer has the right to require the Contractor to provide the Services in accordance with the terms of this offer 5.3.2. The Customer has the right to exercise control over the course and quality of the provision of Services without interfering in the activities of the Contractor. At the same time, control can be exercised by any means that do not affect the promotion, for example, through the Yandex webmaster panel, through the contractor's reports and other similar services that the Customer trusts and the placement of which, in the opinion of the Contractor, will not affect the website promotion. 5.3.3. The Customer has the right to receive 2 (two) times a month during the term of the Agreement upon written request, as confirmation of the provision of the Services, the Contractor's Reports. 5.3.4. In the case of the Customer working with the Contractor, at the rates set by the Contractor throughout the entire period of work or during the first month, in case of refusal of the Customer to fulfill the Contract, the Customer is obliged to reimburse the Contractor for actually incurred expenses within 3 (three) working days. The parties agreed that the amount of actual incurred expenses of the Contractor is the amount of one monthly payment in accordance with the tariff plan chosen by the Customer. If the Customer, at the time of refusal to execute the Agreement ,paid the Contractor a monthly payment for the current month of the provision of the Services, then these funds are not returned to the Customer, but are credited by the Contractor to reimburse the actual costs incurred for the provision of the Services. This is due to the peculiarity of the activities of the Contractor, and its inability to cancel prepaid transactions on the site. 5.3.5. The customer has the right to change the rate at which his site is promoted after the reporting period and payment of all debts, if any, at the previous rate. To do this, you must pay the invoice (receipt) indicating the amount at the new tariff. 5.3.6. A paid invoice (receipt), indicating the amount of the new tariff or any other changes, will be a confirmation by the Customer of the fact of switching to a new tariff or consent to making changes to the service provided.

The Customer has the right at any time before the end of the services to refuse to perform the services in the manner specified in paragraph 14.5. of this Agreement. 2.3.2. The Customer has the right to control the progress and / or quality of the services, to coordinate them, without interfering in the process of selecting the ordered components of the Service and in the economic activity of the Contractor. 2.3.3. The Customer has the right to approve to the Contractor the specification, amount and requirements for the technical task for providing the services according to this Agreement. 2.3.4. The Customer has the right to approve the layout and design of handouts, the amount and content of press releases, and other forms of informational materials related to the organization of the event. 2.3.5. The Customer has the right to refuse to accept the provided services, if the requirements of the provided services were not met. 2.3.6. The Customer has the right to demand from the Contractor to reimburse the losses if they arose as a result of non-performance or improper performance by the Contractor of their obligations according to this Agreement. 2.3.7. The Customer has the right to make suggestions for improving the organization of the event. 2.3.8. The Customer has the right to reduce the cost of the services according to this Agreement, in case of changes in the needs for the provision of the services. In this case, the Parties shall make amendments to the Agreement. 2.3.9. The Customer has the right to demand from the Contractor to replace the representatives of the Contractor, who provide the services according to this Agreement, on the ground of their incompetence.
Rights of the Customer. (1) The Customer shall be entitled to install the software product on one or multiple workstations (computer, terminal, o.a.) and to use it according to its intended purpose. A USB dongle is required for the execution of expecco. (2) The Customer shall furthermore be entitled to save or install the software product on a storage device (e.g. network server) to the extent that this serves the purpose of using the software product via an internal network on other computers that belong to the Customer. However, in this case, the Customer shall be obligated to purchase a separate license for each computer on which the software product is utilized.

The Customer reserves the right to issue instructions on the type, scope and procedure of data processing within the framework of the Main Agreement. 2.4. Changes to the types of data processed and procedural changes shall be mutually agreed and documented. 2.5. Instructions may be issued by the Customer in general or in individual cases. They must be given in writing. Individual instructions may also be given verbally, but must be confirmed in writing by the Customer without delay. The Customer shall name to the Processor those persons who are authorized to issue instructions.
