The Supplier shall at all times during the Contract Period ensure that the Services are delivered in accordance with: the Digital Service Design Manual (and the Supplier shall comply with the processes and procedures set out therein); the Standards; the KPIs; the Methodology; the applicable SOW; and all other applicable provisions of this Contract.
The Parties wish to establish a flexible Call-Off Contract which reflects the Digital Service Design methodologies and close co-operation that will be adopted by the Parties in the delivery of the Services.
