Setup Period definition

Setup Period means the estimated time period for completion of the Setup Activities, being a period of 24 hours from Commencement Date;

End User Billing refers to a direct billing relationship between DEALER and CUSTOMER. End user billing is computed by multiplying the CUSTOMER Billing Rate for a Service by the Monthly User or Copy Count or amount in excess of a base amount for a Service.
Setup Period means the period specified on the Cover Pages.
