In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are piloting online CBT Skills Groups for patients who are suffering with mild-moderate or remitted depression and anxiety.

It replaces existing Skills Groups, but recognises the continuing desire for greater cross- LEP working by skills providers within a wider skills strategy.
Over the years the CBT Skills Groups Society (now Mind Space) has articulated a guiding mission and set of values and strategic goals, and we do the best we can to stay aligned with these foundations, through deliberations in our governing bodies (the Operations and Development Committee and the Board of Directors), and through our own personal alignments.
Specific selections include but are not limited to Opening and Closing Numbers, Basic Skills Groups, Freeskate Groups, Group of Private Lesson skaters that are not considered Feature Numbers in the Show.
The project team includes local psychiatrists and family physicians who currently facilitate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Skills Groups.
PROJECT TEAM This project is currently being led by the CBT Skills Groups Society of Victoria in partnership with the Victoria Division of Family Practice, Vancouver Division of Family Practice, Nanaimo Division of Family Practice, and the Comox Valley Division of Family Practice, all of which are non-profit organizations within BC, Canada.
