SOFTWARE SECURITY. If applicable, BA warrants that software security features will be compatible with the CE’s HIPAA compliance requirements. This HIPAA Business Associate Agreement-Addendum shall supersede any prior HIPAA Business Associate Agreements between CE and BA.
SOFTWARE SECURITY. Company develops and delivers Products, and provides Cloud Services, Maintenance, or Consulting Services, in accordance with the Services Security Exhibit at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/buy/licensing/citrix-services-security-exhibit.html ("Security Exhibit"), which is incorporated by reference into the Agreement.
SOFTWARE SECURITY. (a) The customer will ensure all reasonable measures are taken to protect the Licensed Materials from any unauthorized use.
(b) FLVS will ensure all reasonable measures are taken to protect the Customer Data while in use at the FLVS site. Reasonable measures include, but are not limited to, the Customer Data being stored on a secure server in a secured building behind an internet firewall with role-based level password protection for any and all access to such data.

This HIPAA Business Associate Agreement-Addendum shall supersede any prior HIPAA Business Associate Agreements between CE and BA. COUNTY will inform CONTRACTOR of any changes related to funding sources in this agreement as a result of COUNTY’s Quarterly funding reviews. If changes are needed to reflect updated Federal Funding, this Exhibit is subject to modification with written approval of the County Contract Administrator and the Revenue and Budget Manager and CONTRACTOR will receive the updated Exhibit.

CONTRACTOR agrees to provide COUNTY with reports that may be required by COUNTY, State or Federal agencies for compliance with this Agreement including and not limited to:
1. CONTRACTOR shall submit quarterly status reports and a final annual report to COUNTY which reflect progress made in implementing the services and achieving any outcomes set forth in the Scope of Services exhibit, and to assure CONTRACTOR’S compliance with contract terms. Said annual report shall be submitted by August 31 for the preceding fiscal year.
2. CONTRACTOR shall make annual client outcome information available to COUNTY within 60 days of fiscal year end. Outcome data will be based upon the full array of services provided and how those services advanced the functional improvement of the client. Functional improvement will be measured by the disposition of the client at discharge.

1. Specific Identification of Facility and Equipment. The following County facilities and/or equipment may be utilized by CONTRACTOR under this Agreement: (a) Office space for up to eight of Contractor’s employees located at 00000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, XX 00000 and for up to two of Contractor’s employees located at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxx 000, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000. (b) Office supplies and Computer equipment for use by up to ten CONTRACTOR employees. (c) Access to the County Data Network by up to ten CONTRACTOR employees.
2. Use at County’s Discretion. Use of County facilities or equipment is made at County’s sole discretion. County may discontinue use of County facilities or equipment by CONTRACTOR upon reasonable notice. County reserves the right to provide substitute facilities or equipment at its discretion. County reserves the right to pre-approve all CONTRACTOR personnel who are to use County facilities or equipment. County reserves the right to require CONTRACTOR to remove any of CONTRACTOR’S personnel from County facilities or to discontinue use of County equipment.
SOFTWARE SECURITY. Entity must use anti-virus protection software. Entity must manage the anti-virus protection software to include upgrades, updates, modifications, corrections, patches, plugins, etc., that may be required to keep the software current and effective.
