Special Facility Bonds definition

Special Facility Bonds means revenue bonds, notes, or other obligations of the Authority, issued to finance any Special Facility, the payment of principal of, premium, if any, and interest on which are payable from and secured by the proceeds thereof and rentals, payments, and other charges payable by the obligor under the Special Facility Agreement. Sub-Center shall mean either a Terminal or Equipment Sub-Center.

Special Facility Bonds means one or more series of bonds, including refunding bonds, issued by the Authority payable in part from Rental payments under this Lease Agreement
